See for yourself where young men grow into college-ready achievers. At Roman Catholic High School, students gain valuable college preparation through rigorous academics and over 25 student clubs and activities — all on our secure city campus.
Join us at our spring admissions events to start your son’s journey from Roman Catholic to college — and beyond.
FOUR WAYS TO SPARK YOUR
SON’S COLLEGE JOURNEY
Tour the campus steeped in Philadelphia’s commerce and culture. Meet the team that will equip your son for college success. And give your son a head start in developing key academic and social skills.
We’re welcoming young men and their families to experience Roman firsthand at four events: the Universal 7th Grade Visitation Day, our Spring Open House, our 7th Grade Practice Test, and our Summer Enrichment Program.
SIGN UP FOR THE UNIVERSAL 7TH GRADE VISITATION DAY
For this yearly event, all Archdiocese of Philadelphia high schools open their doors to 7th graders from across the metropolitan area.
At Roman Catholic, students get the chance to experience a full day at our campus. Your son will meet teachers, student ambassadors, and coaches, and take part in an exciting schedule that ends with our Purple and Gold Games.
ATTEND THE SPRING OPEN HOUSE
Bring your 6th, 7th, or 8th grader and experience our bustling city campus firsthand. Tour our cutting-edge facilities while speaking with staff and administrators — as well as young men who made the choice to become Cahillites themselves.
TAKE THE 7TH GRADE PRACTICE TEST
Boost your son’s confidence as he enters the halls of Broad and Vine with future members of the class of 2029. Our practice test covers key concepts, sharpening students’ skills and preparing them to excel on this fall’s entrance exam.
JOIN THE SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
Register your rising 8th or 9th grader for two weeks of rigorous academic preparation.
The 8th grade program concentrates on English and the foundations of algebra, ending with the opportunity to complete our entrance exam and secure admission or a scholarship.
The 9th grade program focuses on algebra and study skills. Participants will connect with other enrolled freshmen, building the friendships and the confidence to start the school year strong.
